Privacy policy

When you create or access a Bizolva account, we receive information needed to authenticate you and operate the service. This may include your name, email address, profile image, account identifier, and your chosen sign-in method.

If you use Google to sign in, Google provides basic account information through its OpenID Connect sign-in service. Bizolva does not request access to your Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, contacts, or other Google product data.

We and our service providers may also process limited technical information required to deliver and protect the service, such as IP address, browser type, device information, request logs, and essential authentication cookies or local storage settings.

We use information to authenticate users, maintain secure sessions, provide the Bizolva workspace, troubleshoot problems, prevent abuse, and improve the reliability and security of the service. We do not sell your personal information or use Google sign-in data for advertising.

Bizolva relies on service providers that process information only as needed to provide their services. These currently include Google for optional identity authentication, Supabase for authentication and data infrastructure, and Cloudflare for hosting, delivery, and security. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or the public.

We retain account information while your account is active and for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect against abuse. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

You may stop using Bizolva at any time. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, contact us at the address below. You may also revoke Bizolva's Google account access from your Google Account settings, although doing so may prevent Google sign-in.

Bizolva is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

We may update this policy as Bizolva evolves. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date when material changes are made.
